Refund Terms

These terms constitute an extract from the Public Offer of SIXTH SENSE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL DOO NOVI SAD. The full text is available in the Public Offer.

1. Refund before access is opened (cl. 3.5.5). If the Participant withdraws from the training before access to the materials is opened, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Participant less the costs actually incurred by the Provider, within the limits permitted by the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia, within 10 days from receipt of the request at [email protected].
2. Digital content: consent at the time of ordering (cl. 3.12.3). When placing an order, before payment, the Participant confirms by a separate checkbox, distinct from the general acceptance of the terms of the Offer: “I request that access to the materials be opened and my training begin immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract, and I confirm that I thereby lose the right of withdrawal in respect of the materials opened to me.” This confirmation is mandatory; without it, access is not opened. The confirmation is sent to the Participant by a message on a durable medium and is retained by the Provider.
3. Digital content after access is opened (cl. 3.12.4). Access to all Course materials (digital content) is opened to the Participant immediately after receipt of payment and confirmation of the checkbox provided for in clause 3.12.3, except in cases of payment in instalments, in which access to the materials is opened in stages in the manner established by clause 3.11 of this Offer. From the moment access to the materials is opened to the Participant, the corresponding digital content is deemed to have been provided; the amounts paid for it are non-refundable, and the right of withdrawal from the contract in respect of the provided digital content ceases in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia. The recommended schedule for studying the materials, where provided for by the Course programme, is of a methodological nature and does not restrict the Participant’s access to the materials.
4. Live online sessions (cl. 3.12.5). If, according to the description on the Course page, the Course is delivered in a live online format — that is, real-time sessions constitute the core content of the Course — such sessions are deemed rendered as they are held: payment for sessions already held is non-refundable, while for paid sessions not yet held, in the event of the Participant’s withdrawal, the funds are refunded in the corresponding part.
   If, according to its description, the Course constitutes digital content (recorded materials), while live online meetings (feedback sessions, practice reviews, Q&A sessions and the like) are provided in addition to the Course materials, such meetings constitute accompanying support, have no separate price and are not subject to separate refund; the refund terms for such a Course are governed entirely by clause 3.12.4 of this Offer.

5. Payment in instalments (cl. 3.11). Payment for the training may be made as a single payment or in instalments according to a schedule agreed by the Parties. In the case of payment in instalments, access to each part (block) of the Course is opened after receipt of the corresponding payment; access to unpaid blocks is not provided. If a due payment is overdue by more than 7 (seven) calendar days, the Provider is entitled to suspend access to previously opened materials and to terminate this Offer unilaterally, having notified the Participant in advance by e-mail. The amounts paid by the Participant correspond to the value of the blocks actually provided (opened), are deemed payment for services rendered and are non-refundable.
6. How to declare withdrawal or file a complaint (cl. 4.4.2, 3.9). It is sufficient to send to [email protected] a written statement in free form from which the intention to withdraw from the contract clearly follows, or to complete the withdrawal form. Copies of identity documents, notarisation or a handwritten signature are not required. The statement is reviewed within 10 days.
   The Participant is entitled to file a complaint regarding the non-conformity of the services rendered or the digital content provided with the terms of this Offer. The complaint shall be sent to [email protected]. The Provider responds to the complaint in written or electronic form within 8 (eight) days from its receipt and resolves a justified complaint within a period not exceeding 15 (fifteen) days. The Participant’s subjective dissatisfaction not related to the non-conformity of the service or content with their description does not constitute grounds for a complaint. The Provider’s liability for non-conformity of services and digital content is not excluded or limited in violation of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

7. Method of refund (cl. 5.1). In cases where funds are subject to refund to the Participant under this Offer or by law, the refund is made using the same payment method used by the Participant; no fee is charged to the Participant for the refund itself. Costs actually incurred by the Provider may be withheld from the refunded amount within the limits permitted by the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
8. Refund for payments made by payment card. In the event of a refund to a customer who previously paid with any payment card, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, SIXTH SENSE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL DOO NOVI SAD makes the refund exclusively via the VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods: upon the merchant’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the card used for the payment. Refunds in cash or to another card/account are not possible.
