NOTICE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND WITHDRAWAL FORM

This notice is information required by law about your right to withdraw, within 14 days, from a contract concluded at a distance. Access to the digital Course materials is opened immediately after payment. To place an order and obtain such access, when paying you confirm, by a separate mark: “I request that access to the materials be opened and my training begin immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract, and I confirm that I thereby lose the right of withdrawal in respect of the materials opened to me.” The right of withdrawal is retained with respect to materials not yet opened and sessions not yet held, as well as if you withdraw from the contract before access is opened — for this, fill out the form below.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract. For services and digital content, the contract is deemed concluded at the moment of payment.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement sent to [email protected] (for example, by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day period.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. The refund is made by the same means of payment that you used; you do not bear any costs in connection with the refund. For payments made by payment card, the refund is made exclusively to the card used for the payment (by reversal of the original transaction); if the card account has been closed, please indicate in your statement the account number for the refund.

4. Cases of loss of the right of withdrawal

If you have expressly requested that the provision of digital content (recorded video lessons, webinar recordings, audio and text materials) begin before the expiry of the 14-day period and confirmed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, you lose the right of withdrawal with respect to such content from the moment access to it is opened to you.

If the Course includes live online sessions (webinars in real time), the right of withdrawal with respect to sessions already held is also lost.

If you requested that the provision of services begin within the 14-day period and then withdraw from the contract, you pay an amount proportionate to the services actually rendered by the moment of withdrawal (opened materials, sessions held). For materials not yet opened and sessions not yet held, the funds are refunded.
