PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

This Policy describes how SIXTH SENSE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL DOO NOVI SAD (hereinafter — the “Operator”) processes and protects the personal data of users of this website.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Operator complies with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and the provisions of the GDPR.

1.2. Use of the website and registration means consent to this Policy.

1.3. The Operator processes data on the following legal bases: performance of the contract with the user, the user's consent, the Operator's legitimate interest, and compliance with legal requirements. For optional purposes (analytics, marketing), processing is carried out only with the user's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Cookies

4.1. The website uses cookies for authorization, analytics and marketing.

4.2. The website uses mandatory (technical) cookies necessary for its operation, as well as analytics and marketing cookies. Mandatory cookies are applied on the basis of legitimate interest; analytics and marketing cookies — only with the user's consent expressed through the cookie consent banner. Consent can be withdrawn or changed at any time, and cookies can also be disabled in the browser settings.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

5.1. We transfer data only to necessary services:

• Payment systems (AltaPay, PayPal, etc.)
• Email platforms
• Analytics services
• Kajabi, LLC learning platform (hosting of the website and courses, personal accounts)

5.2. International data transfer. The Kajabi, LLC learning platform is located in the USA, whereby users' personal data is transferred and stored outside the Republic of Serbia and the European Economic Area. The transfer is carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) included in Kajabi's data processing agreement (Data Processing Agreement). Upon request, the Operator provides information about the protective measures applied.

5.3. When paying by payment card, the card details (number, expiry date, CVC/CVV) are entered exclusively on the secure page of the relevant payment provider — a payment processor or payment system (including AltaPay / MerchantSafe Unipay, PayPal or another provider indicated on the payment page). The data is transmitted in encrypted form via the TLS/SSL protocol and processed in accordance with industry payment security standards. Payment card data is not passed to the Operator, is not accessible to the Operator and is not stored by the Operator. The Operator receives from the payment provider only information on the status and parameters of the payment (amount, date, last four digits of the card number) necessary for the performance of the contract and record-keeping; the customer's identification and contact details provided when placing an order are processed in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of this Policy.

6. Data retention period

Data is stored until consent is withdrawn or upon expiry of the legally required period.
